What if I want to refund my purchase?
Should you require a refund, your request must be made within 5 days of receiving your item.

Refunds are subject to review of the item condition, it must not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

All original tags must be attached.

Once we have approved your refund, we will take 7-10 working days to process your refund and you will be informed through the email you have provided us.
What if I want to return/exchange my item?
We accept exchanges or returns within 3 days of receiving your item.

However, your request would be subjected to the availability of your requested size/colour and condition of the item. It must not have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
All original tags must be attached.

You’ll need to bear all costs incurred for the return/exchange.
